1 - Le respect d'autrui :
1.1 La langue du forum est le FRANCAIS. Merci de n'utiliser que cette langue. En d'autres termes, le langage SMS/MSN ne sera pas toléré.
1.2 L'agressivité, les infractions contre d'autres utilisateurs ainsi qu'envers l'équipe et les partenaires Maison.fr et la langue inopportune sont punissables sur l'ensemble du forum.
1.3 On ne permet pas de publier avec excès émoticons (smilies) et images en raison du fait qu'ils peuvent ralentir l'affichage des pages des utilisateurs. Les posts avec des images dépassant le cadre normal (où l'on doit faire glisser la fenêtre horizontalement ou verticalement) sont interdits également.
2 -Poster de nouveaux sujets, répondre à des sujets existants :
2.1.1 Il est interdit de poster des contenus ou des liens à caractères pornographiques, extrémisme politique, immoraux ou offensants pouvant contrevenir aux lois en applications.
2.1.2 Il n'est pas non plus autorisé de poster au sujet de clefs, hacks, cracks, ou tout autre chose de nature illégale, y compris des pages de téléchargements illégales ou au sujet de "warez". Les discussions sur de tels sujets peuvent mener à des avertissements immédiats.
2.2 Le fait de poster des contenus n'appartenant pas au sujet ou au forum approprié (spam, hors sujets...) est peu désiré et peut mener à un avertissement.
2.3 Les messages que vous postez peuvent être modifiés ou censurés par l'équipe de gestion s'ils ne sont pas conformes aux règles établies mais également par la réglementation française sur les contenus et les respects des droits d'autrui.
2.4 Il n'est pas permis de rouvrir un post sur le même thème qu'un post déjà fermé. Si vous voulez y poster veuillez demander au modérateur qui en a décidé la fermeture de le rouvrir.
2.5 Les liens de parrainage sur des sites ou liens à "clics", qu'ils soient explicite ou non, sont également interdit (Exemples : BiteFight, MiniVille, La Brute...).
2.6 La publicité pour des blogs, forums communautaires et autres est permise à condition qu'il s'agisse d'un contenu lié au sujet.
2.7 Les posts de flood (poster des sujets ou des réponses uniquement pour augmenter son nombre de Post personnel) est interdit, puni d'un avertissement, voir un bannissement direct. De même, poster plusieurs fois à la suite sur un même sujet (multi-posting) est interdit.
2.8 Il est interdit de poster pour les utilisateurs Bannis. Cela résulterait à un avertissement pour vous.
3 - Les utilisateurs et l'équipe :
3.1 Si vous pensez avoir reçu un avertissement injustement, prenez contact avec le modérateur qui a donné l'avertissement. Dans des cas extrêmes vous avez le droit de parler à un Administrateur du Forum. La décision de l'Admin forum est ferme et définitive. Suivez la hiérarchie, ou vous serez ignorés (Cela inclus toutes les communications précédentes).
3.2 Se faire passer pour un membre de l'équipe Maison.fr que ce soit par pseudo, avatar ou signature, peut être sanctionné par un avertissement, voir un bannissement dans les cas graves d'usurpation d'identité.
3.3 Les membres du staff ne sont pas là pour se faire agresser ou être rabaissés. Si vous avez un problème avec une personne du staff, merci de le régler en Message Privé et non en public. Le fait de violer ce point du règlement peut entraîner une sanction immédiate.
Cependant, pour éviter toute mauvaise interprétation, nous précisons que cela ne vise que les attaques personnelles (ex : *** est incompétent, est un faux-cul, etc...) et que cela ne censure aucunement la liberté de parole. Toute critique est autorisée, si celle ci est constructive et ne relève pas du personnel.
4 - Avatars et signatures :
4.1 Les avatars ou les signatures choquants, conflictuels et agressifs devront être supprimés et changés par leurs auteurs à la demande de l'équipe d'administration de gestion du Forum.
4.2 Pour les signatures, il n'est autorisé qu'une seule image.
4.3 Le refus de modification de la signature dans le cas ou celle si est contraire au règlement conduira l'utilisateur fautif à ce voir attribuer un avertissement.
5 - Remarques
5.1 Il est tout de même à préciser que les modérateurs et administrateurs de ce forum ne sont pas omniprésents sur l'intégralité du Forum. Si donc un message vous semble choquant ou autre, vous avez la possibilité de le signaler à un modérateur à l'aide du bouton prévu à cet effet.
